Parkview Medical Clinic depends on volunteer physicians, nurses, other health care professionals, and general volunteers to provide quality health care for the residents of Polk County who would otherwise go without the care they need and deserve.

Please consider joining our group of volunteers.

Parkview Medical Clinic is in need of the following:

  • Physicians (Primary care and specialists)
  • Nurse Practitioners (ARNP)/Physician Assistants (PA)
  • Pharmacists
  • RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Medical Technologists, MAs

Community Volunteers

Our volunteers are categorized as general volunteers or licensed health care providers.

  • Licensed Health Care Providers provide direct health care to patients.
  • General Volunteers give of their time in supporting the clinic without providing direct health care.

Our volunteers are the key to the clinic’s success, so whether you come once a month or once a week, it makes a big impact.

Please have two (2) personal references fill out and sign the   Volunteer Personal Reference Questionnaire.  Return Application and two Questionnaires to the clinic or mail to
